Event Rentals

Goldfinch Rentals delivers all items including event rentals (see home page for delivery costs included in most rentals).

Event rental reservations require payment of the entire cost of the rental.

For rental cancellation the following terms apply:

60 or more days before event - 70% refund.

8-59 days before event - 50% refund

Less than 7 days before event - no refund

Goldfinch Rentals staff will deliver and setup the tent the day prior or as agreed upon.  We will contact the customer so the customer is on site to direct placement.  Tables, chairs, and trash cans will be delivered to a secure location such as the customer's garage.  Takedown will usually occur the day following the event (excluding Sunday).  In the event of inclement weather at the time of setup/takedown, Goldfinch Rentals staff will make other arrangements.

If the utilities are not identified (requires 811/Gopher State One-call marking two weeks prior), the tent may be setup using tent weights (additional cost).
